We are capturing quite a bit of medical history information at registration, but I am pondering the best way to ensure that coaches and team managers have easy access to that information in case of a medical incident. We used to carry the team consent to treats, USAH registration #s, birth certs, etc. in a binder to all games, but since that is not a requirement anymore, I'm looking for a new process. I've thought about doing a filter search on all players with medical issues and then printing their registration entries but I don't see how to do a batch print of entries and I don't want to open them individually to print. Also thought about running a filtered report by Team and putting that into Excel but it became a pretty wide document that didn't fit easily on a piece of paper. I've looked at the new People 360 but not getting anywhere there either.

Any ideas?

I'd recommend making a private page per team and use a survey report with custom filters to specifically pull out the necessary player information.  This would only require the manager / coach to login to their respective site and see the private page with all necessary data.  You can control access permissions so the data stays private and only available to those who need it.

I see that you are a member of USA Hockey. SportsEngine has a feature called AutoForms which integrate with your registration data and allow you to output emergency contact forms directly from that data. 

I am on the board for a US Lacrosse organization and we use this for all our team manager very successfully. After registration and the teams have been formed, our registrar outputs them by team and provides them to the team manager to keep on file. Since all of the data is collected  during the registration session, you don't have to worry about missing or inaccurate information. Also, if they are lost, it's simply a matter of reprinting out the batch. 

Attached is the USA Hockey form that you just need to ask to have set up with your registration session.

I do have Auto Forms set up, but I didn't know how to access that information easily. I spoke with someone on the Registration team and learned that while I was on the right track with creating a report with all the emergency/medical issues information, I never noticed the option to run that report as an Auto Forms .pdf. Here's a screen shot of the puzzle piece I was missing. Hope that helps someone else!
