Is there a way to use the banner image as an advertising element for sponsors?  It would be great to have the ability to set up to 3-5 banners that would roll automatically and be able to build a banner for each of our sponsors.   The ability to highlight our sponsors front and center is key rather than having just a "sponsor page".

Totally agree...we used to use the left side graphics which randomly displayed our sponsor logos on each webpage but the new themes/templates no longer have this feature.

We also use a photo gallery for sponsors and mirror the gallery on pages throughout the website. The problem with this is there is no "randomizer" and the slides are displayed in the same order. Good for the sponsors at the front, not soo good for those in the back. Only way around this, that I'm aware of, is occassionally changing the order of the slides. example:  www.anchoragehockey.com

I'd love to see either a scrolling banner and/or the ability to randomize the order of the slides.

Regarding the original message about randomizing the banners, that currently isn't something you can do. However, you can have sponsors, sponsor various pages and then change the banner on those pages. For example, you could have a teams sponsor and have your banner with their logo included on all of those pages–same goes for any page on the platform. You can review the help article on adding various banners here.

I encourage you, to go ahead and add an idea to our ideas portal regarding the rotating banner option. You can add that here.

Regarding the side panel graphics, those were removed from the responsive themes as they don't really work well in a mobile environment in their current incarnation. However, I would suggest you add your comments onto the following idea where there has already been an ask to implement something similar back into the responsive themes. You can find the idea here

Hello,

I may have a solution for you that we use on our website all the time for sponsors that implements the 3-5 rolling banners that some of you have suggested you would like to see integrated on your site.

There are online programs out there that allow the user the ability to build their own banners with their own design.  I personally use HTML5Maker.  I believe there still exists a free version and a paid version but it works.

Build the banner in the third-party online program (HTML5Maker) and then copy and paste the code into a 'Code' Page Element on your NGIN (now Engine) website.

Works like a charm!

Your truly,
