For our 2018 Coaches registration, I created a new report and added the team under the Rostering category. when I got to run the report I get a 500 error.

We were having this same issue with our player registration and that was resolved.

Hi John - Sorry for the inconvenience.  Just to clarify steps to recreate...did you create/save the report first and then go back and add the new fields?  Or adding the fields upon this new report creation?

I tried both. I created a new report with the fields and got the error after saving.

Then I created a new report without the fields and saved it. Then added the fields and clicked Update. No error and fields not shown. When I save the report I get the error.

We're looking into this issue and I'll post back when we know more.  In the meantime, if anyone is getting an error like this, you can call into Support (or post something here) and we can manually rebuild the tables that go into that report for the time being.

Any update on this one? I'd really like to pull a list from my coach registration with the correctly rostered teams. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay back Jon.  Are you still receiving a 500 error for your reports?  I'm not able to reproduce this error.

I am still getting this error. I suspect it might be because we have a few coaches who are coaching multiples teams (different ages/divisions) and they are rostered to those teams as Staff. Guessing the system doesn't know how to display that.

Filters also don't work when creating reports.
