Is anyone else having an issue over the last 48 hours of the left frame that contains the ACP gear and edit switch disappearing from their team page?  I've had several commissioners (they enter scores for their teams games) contact me (webmaster) and I have experienced this as well with my permissions.  Seems to happen mostly in Chrome (latest version), but getting reports in Safari (Mac) and Firefox as well.

This is happening to me with intermittent regularity on all of my sites. I am logged in with my admin account, and the gear and edit buttons are gone. Sometimes I can log in and log out and they re-appear, sometimes I 'll type "/" after my URL and see if any admin pages pop up from my autocomplete. But yes...seeing this and it's a little speed bump lately.

I've been seeing the same issue.

I thought it was related to some mangling of my account profiles that was done by the help desk, but maybe it is more widespread.

YES, I too have been having this happen, but it only seems to happen with my laptop (Macbook Pro) on Safari. It seems that when I restart the laptop I once again have access to the edit switch.

Also, one of our program's team managers just reported the same issue yesterday - I believe she was trying to access with a laptop and phone, and neither worked. I suggested she not use her phone for team page updates and that she restart her laptop - haven't heard back, so I hope/believe that worked for her.

Note that I have been using the same laptop for a few years to make LOTS of program website updates and general team page updates, and I never used to have this problem. It seems to have started happening about a month ago (April, 2019). It happened again yesterday (May 8, 2019).

Update 5/15/2019 - this is happening on my desktop using a Chrome browser, but I haven't had it happen with Internet Explorer.

I'll try and get an update. I'm at SE User Groups in DC area the rest of the week, but when I hear something I'll let you know. 

FWIW - It happens to me too. A page reload seems to work.
