My account manager has set us up for Verify (background screening), and I have a link to the background screening that he emailed to me. This background screening should be listed in my registrations, though, but it doesn't show up in my registration sessions in the Admin control panel. He told me I should be able to add a Registration page element to any page and select the background screening to add a link..... but it doesn't show up there, either.
Any ideas? I'm guessing this is something he has to do on his end because I can't SEE it anywhere, unless I click on his link directly from my email. Unless I can find a way to access this registration session as an admin, I won't be able to run any reports or anything. Thanks in advance. Michelle

To protect the privacy of those being screen, only the users provided to us during the verify session created have access to the screen itself.
