Hi There,

How come users are getting the following message when trying to claim a DIB that says available to be claimed and they have not yet claimed a shift?

The message says;  You cannot claim this DIB

This sounds like a problem that is specific to your site. For the fastest resolution, I'd suggest shooting an email over to our support team: support@sportsengine.com

Couple things I would add here.

DIBS has permissions attached to it. Check that setting... If they are not in the base permissions group that is allowed to select it, they can see it, but cannot claim it.

Additionally, (I did this accidentally) ensure that just the one DIB is failing and not the rest of them. I had one that had a bad date and that caused the same issue.

Finally, make sure the session is enabled. (I know it's obvious, but worth a look)
