Last spring I received an email from SportsEngine with a tutorial on how to create my own registrations.  I remember that it was very easy to copy from an existing registration.  I was pretty sure that I could do that for both non monetary and monetary registrations.  This seemed like a great solution when we run the same program every year and collect the same information and payment.

When I try to create a new registration, it says I have to submit a monetary registration to be built.  If I go to the help session, it only talks about creating non monetary registrations.  But, even when I look into that topic, there is a link for how to copy from an existing registration and that content is no longer available.

We do the same reservation every year, so I was expecting this to be a 15 minute exercise to copy last year's registration, update the dates and publish it for registration and now it seems like I have to request a registration to be built and will have to pay to have it expedited for use this week.

Has anyone else been able to copy their registrations?  Monetary or non monetary?

Thanks,

Ben, there is special access given. I've reached out to your account manager Aaron to get you set back up.

Thank you! Is that access at a user level or account level? There are other users that I would like to be able to set up registrations as well.
I believe Bryant Foley watched the tutorial as well. Generally speaking, I would want any one with the Organization Administrator role to have access.

Thanks!

Work with your Account Manager or Customer Support on this one.
