Hi. I am trying to get our organization's Facebook feed to come through on the site, and although I am following the instructions here:  https://help.sportsengine.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1601103-the-facebook-page-element?b_id=16263 , it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas? Screen shot of my attempt below.  Thanks!

Not knowing how your page is set up, I can’t be sure. However, i’m betting it’s set up as a personal page and not a business. Facebook’s T&C do not allow personal pages to be inserted into a third party site. If this isn’t the case our support team is the best to help.

Thanks Rob. It is a business page, so I will reach out to the support team.

Just a follow-up to this, in case anyone is looking at it in the future - the Facebook page must be set to "Public" for it to come through on the site.

Thanks.
