Based on the help desk response below (in italics) it still is not possible for a 2nd parent/guardian to receive emails/texts. How do other organizations deal with "Guardians" not receiving emails/texts? Any suggestions other than asking Guardians to add their info to the
Player's profile as a second email/phone. People added as Guardians on other's SE profiles will receive those messages/notifications via their Account Dashboard. Since their email isn't directly tied to the person's profile, only their profile, the communication stays within the platform and does not get disseminated via email or text message.

Parents who are set up as guardians receive the messages via email, they do also receive them in their account dashboard.
