We have 2 new registrations that came in this morning and are not appearing on the BETA Rostering tool. New registrations were appearing as late as 9:43 PM CDT last night and I was able to roster that player.

We had an issue the other day where a "phantom" registration was showing. That was resolved

Just a heads up, they did show up later last night. 

On Tuesday night when the registrations I referenced above came in, I received an email that the registration report was being processed, then another that it was ready. 

Didn't get the email after registrations yesterday.

SportsEngine

This message would appear only if the registration needed to be manually refreshed for some reason.   I had actually manually refreshed the registration.  They system will refresh on it's own once new data comes into the system.  We had a small bug this week that is being corrected, so hence the refresh.  Let me know if anyone has additional questions on this one.

I have players appearing in rostering when filtering a certain registration who have not completed that registration. There are also some players who I got confirmation that they completed the registration but cannot find them in the rostering program.

Players are showing up immediately after registering now! And I don’t see any more players that haven’t completed one in my list.

All the registered players have been appearing in the rostering tool immediately as they register. I am missing one player though. He is a twin, and his brother is shown.
