Since the upgrade we have had numerous users report issues with navigation buttons, edit toggles and ability to log in with Internet Explorer. I have verified the behavior myself.

Today I was told by a support representative that Internet Explorer is not supported any longer.

IE is still listed on the supported browser page.

Can someone answer this definitively for me?

Thank you

Still support IE

Here's a list which is current. https://sportngin.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1573648-supported-internet-browsers

There was some issues yesterday but those were resolved. You can always check status here:

Jim,

Thank you for the response. I checked today and still have the issue that after logging in using internet explorer, the "edit mode" toggle disappears. The sports engine header is also gone. On a refresh it is initially drawn on the page, however shortly before the refresh completes the sportsengine header and edit toggle disappear and the formatting of the entire page shifts left. I have deleted cookies and cache.

Also, I received feedback from support last night that since HQ upgrade IE is not supported and that IE should be removed from the article you referenced. Can you confirm that is the case?

I was told the same thing...IE not supported.  For users, the "Continue" button needed to navigate no longer shows up on some pages, making it impossible for them to complete registration with IE.  This is unfortunate, since some people will invariably just not register, rather than trying a different browser.

I'm standing by my previous reporting that we still support Internet Explorer 11 for SportsEngine HQ.

Jim, are there then tickets open with development for functionality that doesn't work in IE? I tried to get to this point myself however support keeps insisting that IE is no longer supported. I'm simply trying to determine what my organization should expect

I'll connect with that team. I don't have visibility into the ticketing system, but will ensure that proper bugs for IE are logged.
