  1. Released Payment Terms and Plans within PowerPay to our beta customers. This includes the ability to:

    • create Payment Terms
    • Send Invoices with flexible payment plans
    • Edit the due date and amount owed on an invoice, as well as an individual installment
    • Introduced an Adjustment History detailing changes to the amount of an installment, and who made the adjustment
    • Updated credit and pay offline functionality
    • Introduced a new Cart allowing invoice recipients to choose how they want to pay their invoice (via a payment plan, or pay in full)
    • Updates to the checkout screen

Bugs:
  1. Fixed Registration issue with Player name be overwritten by removing browser auto-complete on Player First/Middle/Last Name fields.
  2. To help clean up the Registration template, we removed additional padding that was being add to Registration fields.

  1. Added Google Maps Autocomplete to TeamCenter and Sitebuilder Game and Event create screens

  1. Fixed a bug causing users to unfavorite their team if the team had a season deleted.
  2. Fixed a but causing some users to receive "Error Getting Events" message when loading their schedule

Is there any way to become a beta customer on the PowerPay updates? If not, when can we expect them to roll out to the rest of us? Very much looking forward to these features!

IN the Spring 2018 our parents were able to make partial payments.  Why was this option taken away? We've now had to accept payments from another party which has caused issues.  When will this be available again to everyone?

I was told that option had to be taken away while they developed the new features. Once the new features roll out you'll be able to create payment plans in PowerPay that are editable and flexible for you and your parents.

You can talk to your account manager about the beta. It's being released to everyone in the next week or so. 

Partial payment options will return when the terms roll out.

I was just asked to create some custom payment plans for a couple of families, and I was worried I'd have to manually create PowerPay invoices each week to satisfy the request. I'm excited to hop on here and see that you just released this functionality a couple weeks ago! I'll be emailing my account manager now. Thanks!

This is a little unrelated, but I'm curious if there is anything down the pipeline for storing outgoing messages in the Members tool, similar to what you can see if you send a message out through a Registration. It would be so useful to have an Outbox so we can better keep track of outgoing messages, especially when you have multiple people doing this (don't want to overload members with too many emails, but also want to keep them informed and updated).

Couldn't agree with smeisner more! I've asked for this in the IDEAS section before. There are literally a dozen ways to email members - through Manage Team, in a registration, through the Members area, in Rosters & Groups, in Groups, and probably a few more. Some of them retain message history, but many don't. In the cases where a family might say "I never got that", often I have no record of the sent email. And even in those areas where we can see old sent emails, you can't expand the recipient list to definitively say who was on that list (to quote Denzel...'it's not what you know, it's what you can prove'). 

I'm not a LeagueAthletics guy, but their message history is pretty thorough, and really tells the full story of what was sent, who sent it, when they sent it, and who got it. 

I would LOOOOOVE that functionality in SE in every area on the site where messaging exists.
