I created an event for our association and tagged all teams in it. I then went into each team's management page and sent out RSVP reminders.

I'm wondering if there is a way to send out RSVPs to everyone that would be tagged in the event, so I didn't have to go team-by-team? Same question for viewing everyone's RSVP responses.

Otherwise, what would be the suggested procedure? Create the event and then task the team managers with sending out the RSVPs? Right now our managers don't use the app/site as much as they could, something I'm trying to change. What permissions are needed for a team manager to do their typical duties?

Since RSVPs are more of a team function, they can only be sent and managed via TeamCenter, which means that the group of people that you are sending RSVPs to need to be rostered onto a Team. The procedure that you are following, setting up an event on an association calendar and tagging to all teams is the best way to get the event to each of the Team Pages.

You would then want to educate your team managers to go in and send those RSVPs after the event has been scheduled to their respective teams. They will need page owner permission to their Team Page to be able to access TeamCenter and send out the RSVPs. Once they have sent out RSVPs you can have them report back to you the total number attending so you have accurate numbers.

Here is the article from our help center that can be passed along to Team Managers to use as reference on how to send and manage RSVPs via TeamCenter - https://help.sportsengine.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2643190-rsvps?b_id=16263

So they have to be page owner of that team? What else does that give them access to? Editing rosters, games (scoring)? There's no privileges that *just* limits them to events?

It would give them access to everything within that Team Page, so they could edit rosters, score games, and message out to the Team. There is no specific permission to just events on a Team Page.

There are ways that we can disable or lock certain parts of a Team Page if you do not want a manager to have access to them. More than happy to walk you through what that looks like for locking certain parts of a Team page for managers.

Marie, thanks. I'm definitely interested in learning more about locking down some things. The reason I ask is that team managers are sometimes not the most computer friendly and I don't want to have them accidentally delete games or players and the confusion and panic that might create for them.
