If you change an event via schedule upload, or in the event in teamcenter or the mobile app, it doesn't change the invite/rsvp status. __________________ Jim Dahline @jdahline

I would like to chime in on RSVP's - they are a great feature, but there are a few things about them that (if tweaked) would make our lives a lot easier.
1. Have a default setting for an organization, so we could choose if, by default, (a) everyone was invited, (b) no one was invited or (c) we chose when to invite people. 2. Have an auto-prompt feature. For example, if I set a match, I want to know that I have a committed line-up 24 hours in advance. Would be great if the RSVP would keep prompting the user every couple of days till they gave a response. 3. Be able to globally change/ invite/ uninvite groups all at once. Right now, if I set an event, have 30 players in a squad, and want to invite eight, I have to invite the eight individually. On the RSVP screen it would be great to select the eight, then hit invite. 4. Be able to cancel people from invites, even after they have replied. If I accidentally send an invite to someone, they guess (being a boy) that they aren't really invited to the girl's team pasta dinner, and hit no. But I now cannot cancel their invite. Thanks - I would hope to see some or all of these features added n the near future. (Especially #3). Gavin

I guess the only other way you didn't mention... when editing the events from event page behavior is inconsistent with other means of editing... namely everyone becomes "not invited" and notifications of the change don't get pushed. Over my time working with SE I have experienced varying inconsistent behavior when creating/modifying an event via the calendar/event page versus other means (mobile app/team center), and a lot of time using the event page/calendar is most desirable since I am managing events across multiple teams. This latest "not invited" issue that seems to have surfaced is a difficult one to ignore. Seems like maybe this avenue of creating/editing events is being overlooked by development/testing teams. wiggler714 -Thank You for the screenshot - we have been able to recreate the bug (!!!) So far we have only been able to get this to happen when we choose to edit "This and All Following" events - can you confirm that is the option you are choosing? I'm also curious whether others on this thread are using the same means described above, or if folks are experiencing the bug after choosing "only this event" or "All events in the series". Our testing proved that those methods work just fine - I just want to confirm that nobody else is experiencing issues via those options. If there are others out there running into the bug via other edit means, please provide a screenshot and description of the method you are using to edit. I have experienced it in other circumstances as well. In my mind it has been every time I edit via the event/calendar since October. Might have been all recurring events though.
And as I have stated, generally speaking, over the last year of managing I have noticed behavior differences when I edit an event in the mobile app versus on the site via the event/calendar page. Would be great if everything functioned exactly the same. Things like losing the duration of the event, lack of update notification and this "Not Invited" issue are the main things that come to mind.

I can also verify this. When we edit an event through the app, either a single event or multi-day event through the calendar, especially when adding a team, it will defualt to just invite and will not sned out the typical reminder email 2 days before unless you manually invite.
I am with the poster above, it needs to be synchronize in all places for Events And Games. The Calendar, the team manager area, and the app are all differnent and all have a diferent set of features.
